By downloading, installing, or using SCOPE64 ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SCOPE64 for your personal or commercial photography work.

SCOPE64 requires online activation and periodic validation. The Software will connect to our servers to verify your license status.
The Software provides a 30-day offline grace period. After this period, online reactivation is required to continue using the Software.
Your license is bound to specific hardware identifiers. Significant hardware changes may require license reactivation.
Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may offer a trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with SCOPE64, contact us at support@scope64.io within 14 days for a full refund.
Important Legal Notice: By purchasing and immediately activating your license, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and French Consumer Code Article L221-28. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary gesture of goodwill and does not constitute a statutory right of withdrawal.
SCOPE64 and all related materials, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks, are and remain the exclusive property of the licensor. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SCOPE64, you consent to such collection and use.
We may provide updates, patches, or upgrades to the Software. You agree that we may automatically download and install updates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the Software and uninstalling it from all devices.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not export or re-export the Software to prohibited countries or entities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of "Paris, France", without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of "ICC Court of Arbitration (Paris, France)".
In accordance with European law, consumers retain
the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
